RepoDocs AI now has a complete foundation, working template packs, and a baseline automation layer. The remaining roadmap is depth, not first-pass scaffolding.

Phase 1

Foundation complete

Specification, schema, guardrails, repository structure, and usage framing are all present.

Phase 2

Core packs shipped

Product, feature, API, and governance assets are usable today with prompt support and example documents.

Phase 3

Automation and framework starters shipped

Validation, CI, OpenAPI regeneration, deprecation checks, export pipelines, framework starters, and GitHub Pages publishing are in place.
